- Resource Development: Participate in the creation of educational materials and resources, enhancing the learning environment, further unifying our community
We formed a school in 2024 officially recognized by ODEW!
Our affiliated school, Lakeview Academy, is recognized as a Non-Chartered, Non-Public (NCNP) School by the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce. The Department does not regulate any curriculum used by children enrolled with us, either while in our presence or at home. However, we are committed to ensuring a comprehensive education is provided to students on this school's roster that includes:
Language arts; geography, U.S. and Ohio history, and government; mathematics; science; health; physical education; fine arts, including music; first aid, safety, and fire prevention; plus other learning opportunities as they arise.
Since we believe learning these subject areas can happen naturally throughout everyday life, there are more than 4,000 hours per year that your children learn about the world around them if they are awake 12 hours per day. This is how we know our students exceed the minimum hours of learning required for families enrolled in NCNP schools in Ohio.

This is what the previous "08 School" homeschool option became in October 2023, and forming the school helps with organizing everything Lakeview Learning offers.
Lakeview Academy can also handle the necessary reporting to local districts for your children ages 6 to 18 each year, ensuring compliance with laws related to compulsory education—plus making families eligible to redirect a portion of their Ohio tax liability toward tuition!

Families may also request scholarship assistance to help offset tuition costs.
In addition, donors to our partnered Scholarship Granting Organization may be eligible to redirect up to $1,500 of their Ohio tax liability through a qualifying contribution.
